Prior to committing his performance marketing expertise to PathIQ, Ethan worked for firms both large and small, helping lead four venture-backed startups to successful exits. As SVP at Vision7, he is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company’s Marketing As A Service (MaaS) division, where he encourages a culture of curiosity and candour. Ethan believes that there’s no such thing as failure, only feedback. And the chance to begin again—better prepared.

Jonathan Berthold is an experienced performance marketer and digital strategist. Driven by integrity and transparency, he takes pride in developing multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver a high ROI for his clients. As VP of Customer Acquisition at PathIQ, he unites organic search, paid media, conversion rate optimization, and lead nurturing to build sustainable omnichannel performance marketing solutions across diverse industries. In addition to his work as a performance marketer, Jonathan has been invited to speak at Concordia’s School of Business, sharing his insights on martech, trends, and innovations. When he’s not split-testing ad copy, he can be found cheering for the Boston Bruins or sketching up an idea for his next tattoo.

Kimberley Carrera

VP Growth Solutions

Kimberley is a creative, data-driven sales leader with a record of building high-performing sales teams. With more than 15 years in the industry, Kimberley joins PathIQ as VP Growth Solutions, bringing with her a wealth of leadership and digital marketing experience, including a seven-year tenure at DAC, a leading global digital performance agency. During her career, she has delivered winning marketing and digital strategies, driving transformational results for Rogers, Western Union, ScotiaBank, TGI Friday’s, Luxottica, KLM, Singapore Airlines, Simons, Irving Oil, and Sinclair, among others. When she’s not working, she’s either leafing through the pages of a good book, or inking up the pages of her passport.

Ashutosh Kar

VP Data & Analytics

Ashutosh (Ash) Kar is the Vice President of Data & Analytics at PathIQ. With over 14 years of experience in marketing system operations and analytics, Ash approaches problems with rigorous models to uncover quantitative solutions and insights that can help drive tangible business decisions. Prior to joining PathIQ, Ash led Data & Analytics teams at Juniper Park/TBWA, Omnicom Group India & GroupM Mumbai (India). Ash is currently leading the creation of a cloud-based data infrastructure that supports the monetization of first-party data assets. When he’s not building models that predict money markets in his spare time, he’s lacing up his sneakers to chase down personal bests.

Manuel Pena

Senior Manager, Paid Media

Manuel Pena is a growth marketing specialist adept at fluidly optimizing budgets, strategies, and tactics across the entire digital spectrum to maximize the results generated from every performance marketing dollar spent at PathIQ. He believes in defaulting to transparency and that openness and fairness are the cornerstones of business relationships. When he’s not deep into dashboards, Manuel enjoys getting out to stay fit with friends before returning home to recover with Marco, his English Bulldog.

For over 15 years, Daniel Sendecki has been a noteworthy leader in the content marketing space, and an experienced writer, strategist, and brand marketer. As VP of Content for PathIQ, Daniel plays a fundamental role in piecing together the consumer’s increasingly fragmented path to purchase. In this role, he holds content accountable to performance goals in order to better attribute direct, bottom-line ROI. In short, he does let the facts get in the way of a good story! Daniel has been invited to speak by organizations such as the Canadian Marketing Association, sharing insights, frameworks, and real-life examples of how marketers can deliver greater personalization and memorable content experiences—at scale.
